Imperfect Harmony - Reading Together - Messiah
I have come to love Stacy Horn's writing style. Her book Imperfect Harmony is beautiful. Below are some of the quotes from this week's reading that stood out to me.
"Antonio Vivaldi was even more progressive, writing for girls at the beginning of the eighteenth century." (page 46, Kindle Edition)
"The Messiah went straight past tinsel and twinkling lights and into the full range and truth of human experience." (page 65, Kindle Edition)
"Even if you walked in darkness right up until the moment of arriving, by the end of the night you walk out and onto the streets of the city as high as a kite on endorphins and good will." (page 66, Kindle Edition)
