Mireille Guiliano recommends the following strategies for eliminating stress: take steps to reduce travel stress (if you travel a lot), reduce the stress of picking out what clothes to wear, sleep well, eat well, do breathing exercises, carve out time for yourself, limit how much you use your electronics, take vacation, and learn how to laugh.
